Refund Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

Digital books and bundles: [If a book isn’t what you expected, tell us within thirty days, and we’ll refund it. No questions, no form to fill in.]

Team licences: [Within thirty days of purchase, provided the link has not been shared with more than ten people.] After that, the licence runs for its term.

Company licences: Refunds and cancellation are governed by the agreement signed for each licence.

Private sessions: [Cancel more than 48 hours before your slot, and we’ll refund in full. Inside 48 hours, or after the session has taken place, the fee is not refundable.]

Speaking engagements are governed by the agreement signed for each event.

How to ask: Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email address you used and, if you have it, your order number. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with and usually take [5–10] working days to appear.
